We The North: Canada Niche in a Global Market Year
Why a Canada-focused market still matters after Western platforms reshuffled in 2025–2026.
We The North (WTN) launched around 2021 and kept a regional brief: Canadian buyers, domestic shipping expectations, and local fraud/document patterns that global English markets treat as edge cases. After Abacus and other Western shocks, WTN did not become the new global hub — and that is the point of a niche.
Why the niche holds
- Fewer viable Canada-first alternatives
- Language and logistics fit that Torzon/Nexus do not optimize for
- Smaller absolute size can mean less “migration phishing” noise than Torzon — but clones still exist
